The excessive compartmentalization together with the irregular geometry made it difficult to take advantage of the 96 m2 useful in this house from the early 90s.

 

The proposal focuses on regularizing the perimeter with a "ribbon" of oak paneling that, on the one hand, stands out against the aseptic horizontal planes, bringing together the serving and storage spaces, and on the other hand, freeing up the center to have a living-dining room. -55m2 kitchen facing south with large windows.
